- Go to VPLS Veeam Cloud Connect Portal, the URL is the same as setting the one to set up tge VCC replication, for example https://cloudconnect01-iad1.vpls.net/
Select the failover plan, and click Start which will power on those VMs in your VPLS vCloud Director Cloud org
3. Go to VPLS vCloud Dirctor Director Portal: https://cloud.vpls.net/cloud/org/<client ID>/ with the login credential that VPLS provided, and connect to VM console to make sure the VM is running, and troubleshoot the issue via the VM console or Contact VPLS support
