3. Go to VPLS vCloud Director Portal: https://cloud.vpls.net/cloud/org/<client ID>/ with the login credential that VPLS provided, and connect to VM console to make sure the VM is running, and troubleshoot the issue via the VM console or Contact VPLS support
4. If it was just a failover test, please undo the failover before the next scheduled replication from Veeam backup console
