Krypt Private vCloud Director allows you to create and manage who can log into your vCloud Director Organization Portal and assign what roles and tasks they can perform.

In this KB, we will walk you through on how to create users with different roles.

1. Connect to your vCloud Organization page. If you have trouble connecting, please refer to KB article: How to Connect to your vCloud Organization page.

2. Under "Administration", click "Users", and click the "+" to add new users.

In this example, we already created a username "8800admin" with the role of "Organization Administrator"

3. Set the username and password for the new user. Under Role, you can choose three different assignments, and click "OK".

A. "Organization Administrator" - User with this role can manage the entire organization.

B. "vApp Author" - User with this role can make new Virtual Machine and perform some basic operations to it.

C. "Start,Stop,Suspend,Reset,and Console Access only" - User with this role can only perform such basic operations.
