My.VPLS User activation/Password reset
This is a step-by-step procedure of My.VPLS user account activation and password reset. You will receive and email from us with a link to reset your password at our ConnectWise Partner Portal located at https://connect.vpls.com. Please follow the instructions below so that once your account is activated you can log in to the portal at https://my.vpls.com. Please note that sometimes the email is flagged into the Junk folder. Instructions
My.VPLS – User activation
You will receive a “Password reset request” email from helpdesk@vpls.com in your mailbox (either in the Inbox mailbox or Junk Email mailbox).
Click the link given in the email. Please note that https://my.vpls.com is powered by ConnectWise.
You will need to provide a new password for My.VPLS access.
New password format:
The new password needs to be between 8 and 15 characters.
contain at least three of the four character types:
a. lowercase letter(s)
b. uppercase letter(s)
c. number(s)
d. symbol(s)
e. Example, IAMPaul//1234
4. Once the new password has been accepted, then you can try to access https://my.vpls.com/user/login with your email and newly activated password.

My.VPLS – User password reset
Reset your password while you are in My.VPLS Click on the “My Account” option.
Click on the “Account Settings” option.
Click on the “Edit” button under Security Information.
Enter your (1)Current password and (2)New password and confirm your (3)New password again. Then click “Update Password”.
My.VPLS – Forgot password
In case you forgot your My.VPLS password. Please enter https://my.vpls.com/user/login then click on “I forgot my password”.
Enter your login email address to reset your login password then click “Reset Password”.
A reset password email will be sent to the email address you provided. Now, find the password reset email in your mailbox and follow the “My.VPLS – User activation” again.
