Cloud Servers


To view your list of Dedicated servers under the Services tab click Dedicated Server.  The active dedicated servers are displayed.

To view a list of suspended or canceled servers click on the Suspended or Canceled tab.


Click on the green Manage button and a shortcut to submit a ticket about the server will appear.  If you wish to open a ticket about this server, click Submit Ticket.

On the Submit Ticket page the Select related service field will be automatically filled in according to the server that was selected.

Fill in the remainder of the fields and click the green button to submit the ticket.



To view more details about a specific server select the server link.


In the Server Details tab you can view all the information about the cloud server.  

Under the Server Functions section there are some options.

  • Open a support ticket shortcut
  • Reformat Server




Click on the Billing Information tab to view billing information.
