  • Press 2, Press 2, enter your client ID
  • Tell the support member 
    • Your name
    • Your company name 
    • A call back number
    • Your 5 digit PIN number

*Please note that we are unable to manually edit or change this number on our end. It must be auto generated on your end in the control panel by clicking on "refresh"

You can view your PIN number by clicking on your account name at the top right corner
