Under the Services tab click Cloud Pool.  A list of active Cloud Pool services will be displayed.  If you wish to view a list of suspended or canceled Cloud Pool services click on the Suspended or Canceled tabs.


Submit a ticket concerning a server

Click on the green Manage button and a shortcut to Submit a ticket will appear.  Click Submit Ticket to open a ticket about the service selected.
