Colocation

Under the Services tab click on Colocation to view a list of your active dedicated servers.  A list of suspended or canceled dedicated servers can be viewed as well, by clicking on the Suspended or Canceled tabs shown below.  

Submit a ticket concerning a server

Click on the green Manage button and a shortcut to Submit a ticket will appear.  Click Submit Ticket to open a ticket about the service selected.

You will see that the service field is automatically filled in.  After filling in the remaining fields click the Submit Ticket button to continue.

 

Click the Billing information tab to view billing information.
